This paper is required when a Filipina living with her husband in Germany wants to invite her parents, sister or brother, children, friend for a visit in Germany.

Joint Affidavit of Parental Consent
This paper is required when a Filipina age 18 to 21 wants to marry a foreigner living abroad and plans to move out of the Philippines to live together with her future husband. 

Affidavit of Parental Advice
This paper is required when a Filipina age 21 to 25 wants to marry a foreigner living abroad and plans to move out of the country to live together with her future husband.

Special Power of Attorney
This paper is required when you have to assign a person in the Philippines to perform legal acts on your behalf. A typical situation where this is need is when your children are still in the Philippines, and a guardian now gets the task to process legal documents for your children to obtain a passport and finally a visa to be able to come fly abroad and join again with their mother.
